At Navm Home, each product is crafted with care and attention to detail. As our pieces are handmade and often limited in nature, we follow a No Return / No Refund Policy.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

We request you to carefully review product details, dimensions, and images before making a purchase.

In case an item reaches you in a damaged or defective condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos of the product and packaging. Our team will assess the issue and, if valid, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or special promotions are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
